Meet Kath
Katherine was immersed in Business and Real Estate from the get-go. Her grandfather owned their family’s business, Mills Paint and her mother was buying, renovating, and selling homes from as early as she can remember. They moved a lot! As a close-knit family, the conversation of business and Real Estate was the norm.
It was no surprise that Katherine started her Real Estate career right out of post-secondary. She was grateful to work with Vancouver’s top Developers in a sales position and gained extensive industry knowledge through this experience.
Katherine’s people-first approach is complemented by her naturally entrepreneurial spirit. Katherine enjoys educating clients on all of their options so they can make confident decisions coming from an informed place. If you are new to the real estate world and find yourself feeling overwhelmed, you are not alone. Katherine seeks to simplify the process, making it as enjoyable and fun as possible.
In addition, Katherine has always had an eye and deep appreciation for design. She has an ability to truly understand, conceptualize and visualize exactly what her clients are looking for in their home or investment.
In Katherine’s off time, you can find her spending time with her son and husband, going for beach walks, researching design trends, boating, and enjoying a glass of wine on a patio (or anywhere for that matter)!.

Stephanie has been working in the real estate industry, in a variety of roles, for over 10 years. During that time she’s had the opportunity to work in sales for several of the top developers in the industry, as well as time spent at head office in a Customer Experience capacity.
Real estate is in her blood, as Stephanie watched her Mom establish a successful 30 year career, absorbing invaluable skills and knowledge along the way. With a specialized combination of experience, Stephanie is well versed in buying and selling in the presale market, and an expert in new home construction warranty, having successfully completed the “Service & Warranty” course through the Canadian Home Builders’ Association of BC.
Stephanie’s positive attitude and ability to problem solve, makes her an asset to her clients and their needs, whether that’s buying or selling.
When she isn’t helping her clients, you can find her spending time with her two daughters and husband. She also loves taking classes on her peloton, football, design, fashion, and wine.
